Pursue Your Passion With the B.S. in Business – Sports Management Program

Do you want to turn your love of sports into a viable career in business? Regent’s Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business with a concentration in Sports Management will prepare you to handle the corporate side of sports as you focus on the history, philosophy, ethics and current trends in this exciting field. You will examine financial and economic models uniquely related to the sports industry including the economic impact of policies and practices. You’ll also study marketing strategies and plans that promote brand awareness, sales and public image. As the program builds, a practicum opportunity will be added so that you can observe and participate in a preapproved sports franchise/club at the local, regional or national level. You’ll also take part in marketing sports programs, legal issues related to contracts, and managing facilities and events.
