
Chris Lambert
Bio
Chris Lambert is Vice President for Advancement at Regent University. Lambert provides leadership for services related to the advancement of Regent University, responsible for university-wide fund development efforts, including annual fund initiatives, corporate and foundation relations, planned and deferred giving, and special events. Lambert supervises the departments of Advancement, Alumni Relations, and Special Events.
Lambert has over 23 years of experience in higher education fundraising and wealth planning. He served as Vice President of Advancement at Bethany College and Interim Vice President of Philanthropy at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, overseeing all fundraising, alumni engagement, and advancement marketing for more than 150,000 alumni collectively.
In prior roles, Lambert has secured multimillion-dollar donations to name research facilities and academic buildings. He led teams which produced five consecutive years of record numbers of individual donors, and designed and implemented strategic fundraising and campaign planning to successfully achieve advancement goals.
Lambert holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Frostburg State University. He is a Certified Fundraising Executive and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
Lambert and his wife, Tracy, reside in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
