With brand-new songs and a fresh ending, this comedic yet engaging musical production tells the Romeo-and-Juliet story of Meg, an energetic Chik-Fil-A manager, and Daniel, a customer with a dark secret. And we can’t forget the quirky homeschooled brothers Obediah, Nehemiah, and Hezekiah, led by the boisterous Jo – or Jaymie, the perfectionist new hire, and an endearing yet senile old woman Mildred. This show features fan favorite songs including classics like “The Bag Ballet,” “Everyday’s a Holiday,” and “All by Mooself,” as well as never-before-heard hits like “The B-Attitudes” and “The Logic of Love”. Only time will tell what happens to these fascinating yet lovable characters in this show filled with forbidden love, homeschoolers, dancing cows, and the elderly.
